All intellectual property and copyright in an image belongs to Crossroad Media. Crossroad Media maintains complete control over the gathering and distribution of photos.

 

Personal Information Gathered

Any and all personal information gathered, including, but not limited to, name, postal address, phone number(s), and email addresses, will not be given out or distributed to anyone, ever.

 

Copyright

All photographic products purchased or downloaded are the subject to copyright and are strictly for personal and private use only.  You cannot resell, copy or display the prints in a public place for profit or personal gain, or republish the print in any way without the prior written permission of Crossroad Media.  You are not granted permission to on-sell or on-license any photograph, image, graphics or other material for personal gain.

Unauthorised use of images from Crossroad Media constitutes copyright infringement and shall entitle Crossroad Media to exercise all rights and remedies under the applicable copyright law, including an injunction preventing further use and monetary damages against all users and beneficiaries of the use of such images.

 

Usage Rights

When an image is licensed by Crossroad Media, the use of that image will be specified on the invoice provided by Crossroad Media and cannot be used for any other purpose without further agreement by Crossroad Media.

 

No Liability

Crossroad Media shall not be liable for any damages or loss arising as a result of any person’s application for, participation in, or use of the Crossroad Media website.
